What’s Covered?

  • We offer free repair services for the lifetime of your piece.

  • You can send your jewelry to us anytime for a complimentary deep cleaning and professional inspection, ensuring it always sparkles like new.

  • Our expert craftsmen will lovingly care for and repair your Royceluxe piece for as long as you own it.


Warranty Limitations

To keep expectations clear, here are a few important notes:

  • Lost or damaged center/focal stones are not covered under warranty. We highly recommend insuring your jewelry for added protection.

  • Unique gemstones, especially one-of-a-kind stones, may not be replaced with an exact match. We’ll do our best to source a comparable option.

  • Opals and turquoise are not covered due to their fragile nature and rarity. These pieces require extra care and should be kept away from water, chemicals, heat, and beauty products.

  • Clients are responsible for all shipping costs, both ways, for cleanings, inspections, and repair services.

  • Customs duties or import fees are not included and may apply based on your country’s policies.


Warranty Coverage Timeline

  • Free repairs within the first 2 years of ownership (excluding replacement of center stones).

  • After 2 years, we may charge a minimal fee for labor and materials based on the repair work required.

  • Physical damage or excessive wear is not covered, but we can assist with repairs at nominal cost.

Our skilled artisans know your Royceluxe piece best. For the safest results and to maintain your warranty, please send your piece directly to us for all repair and resizing needs.

⚠️ Note: The warranty will be voided if your jewelry is repaired or resized by any third-party jeweler.
