We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

Kindly note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, a 30% restocking fee will apply on all returns. If the piece requires extensive cleaning or repairs, additional fees may be applied based on the condition upon return.

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
✧ Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged:

✧ Exchanges
We’re happy to offer one-time exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
You may apply 100% of your original purchase towards a new item of equal or higher value.
Please allow the same production time as listed on the product page for your new piece.
Note: Exchange credit is not valid for future purchases beyond one exchange per item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable courier with insurance.
Royceluxe Jewels is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
