RESIZING & REPAIRS

At Royceluxe Jewels, your comfort and satisfaction are our highest priorities. Whether your ring needs a slight adjustment or your jewelry requires repair, we’re here to help—every step of the way.

💍 Resizing

✧ Need a better fit? We offer complimentary resizing—you only cover shipping both ways.

✧ Our standard resizing turnaround is 2–3 weeks from the time we receive your ring.

✧ Sizing Tip: Ring sizing is not universal. For accuracy, we recommend getting your exact size from a trusted local jeweler or by contacting our team for expert guidance.

✧ During the resize process, your ring will receive a full inspection and minor maintenance (free of charge). If any additional work is needed, we’ll send an intake form and await your approval before proceeding.

✧ In some cases, for plain gold bands without stones, we may opt to craft a new ring in your size for quicker turnaround or design integrity. We’ll always notify you before proceeding with this option.

✧ Clients are responsible for all shipping charges, and international customers are responsible for customs duties or fees.

🔒 Eternity Rings Notice
Please double-check your ring size before ordering a Full Eternity Band, as these designs cannot be resized.

  • Eternity ring resizes (if allowed) incur a $100 fee.

  • Production for Eternity Bands begins only after email confirmation of your size with our team.

🛠️ Repairs

✧ Need a repair? Contact us at royceluxejewels@gmail.com before sending your item.

✧ Once we receive your piece, our repair specialists will complete an intake form documenting the current condition and needed repairs. You’ll receive a copy for full transparency.

✧ Covered under warranty, we’ll proceed without delay on:

  • Stone resetting or replacement

  • Prong or setting repair

  • Band reinforcement

  • Ring resizing

✧ For work beyond the warranty, we’ll notify you and await your approval before proceeding.

✧ Please notify us if you’d prefer to approve all work before we begin.

✧ Shipping (both ways) is the client’s responsibility.

✧ Repair turnaround time is typically 2–3 weeks after receipt.

💎 Stone Replacement Note
If your piece contains limited-edition or rare stones, we’ll contact you for approval before substituting with the closest available match.
