How does the custom order process work?
Our custom design process is simple:

- We'll create a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) for your approval.
- Upon approval, we begin cutting, polishing, and crafting your one-of-a-kind piece.
- Once complete, we share images/videos before shipping via insured international courier.
Can I customize an existing Royceluxe Jewels design?
Absolutely. We can modify most designs โ stone type, shape, prong style, or even combine multiple styles. Basic changes may incur minimal charges. Significant changes may require a custom quote.
Can I choose any center stone size and shape?
Yes, our designs accommodate a wide range of center stone sizes (0.30ct to 8.0ct+) and shapes including round, oval, emerald, pear, radiant, and more.
Can I upgrade my diamond in the future?
Yes. We proudly offer a Lifetime Diamond Upgrade Program. Please contact us for details.
What is a Lab-Grown Diamond?
Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, created using advanced technology that replicates the natural process. They are eco-friendly and ethically sourced.
Are Lab-Grown Diamonds certified?
Yes. All lab-grown diamonds come with an IGI (International Gemological Institute) certification at no extra cost.
What is Moissanite?
Moissanite is a brilliant gemstone known for its exceptional fire, sparkle, and durability โ making it a popular diamond alternative.
Are Moissanites available in all shapes and sizes?
Yes! We offer Moissanite in all shapes: Round, Oval, Princess, Cushion, Pear, Emerald, Radiant, Marquise, Trillion, and more. Sizes range from 0.5ct to 15.0ct+.
Are your Moissanites certified?
Yes, all Moissanites are certified by international labs. Certification is available for $50 USD upon request.
Do you use Charles & Colvard Moissanite?
No, all our Moissanites are hand-cut and polished in our own factory, ensuring unmatched quality and craftsmanship under the Royceluxe Jewels standard.
Is your jewelry set in real gold?
Yes, all of our jewelry is made using Solid 10KT, 14KT, or 18KT Gold, available in White, Yellow, or Rose.
Does your jewelry include a metal authenticity stamp?
Yes, every piece is hallmarked after independent lab verification for gold purity.
How long does my order take?
Each piece is handcrafted and takes 1โ2 weeks, plus shipping. Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity.
Do you offer rush orders?

Do you ship internationally?

Can I track my order?

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, if your item hasn't shipped. Once shipped, we cannot modify the address and are not responsible for misdeliveries due to incorrect information.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase with no penalty. After 48 hours, a 20% cancellation fee will apply to cover production costs.
What is your return and refund policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days in unworn condition. A 30% restocking fee applies.
Exchanges are accepted for items of equal or greater value, limited to one exchange per order.
Can I return a custom order?
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
Can I resize my ring?
Yes! We offer free resizing for Royceluxe Jewels designs (except full eternity bands).
Half eternity bands incur a $100 resizing fee. Full eternity bands must be remade.
What if I damage my jewelry?
Don't worry! We're happy to repair any item bought from us. Contact us for a quote and return instructions.
